Our Design and Delivery Process


1. Listening and Assessment

We meet with you to understand your core business challenges, identify competency gaps, and establish a vision.


2. Programme Design

Next, we help you identify your organisational learning objectives and determine the best format and schedule for the program. Working with BUBS diverse faculty, you’ll have specialised experts developing program material that’s tailored to you.

We will work together to choose from and combine a variety of possible program elements, including seminar-style content modules, 360 leadership assessments, facilitated peer group coaching, and one-on-one coaching sessions.


3. Deliver Program

Each program is experiential and emphasises action-oriented, hands-on learning. Class discussions are based on actual organisational challenges from participants, not textbook examples.


4. Evaluation

After the program, we work with you to evaluate the program’s effectiveness and determine how to refine content for the next delivery or follow-up program.
